When will I receive my reward?
Our goal is to start shipping SuperStraps this October. We’ll be working super hard to finish production and get you your reward as soon as possible! To date we’ve delivered over 30,000 Kickstarter rewards on time.

How does SuperStraps work?
SuperStraps acts as a super muscle that hoists your load and stops you from slumping. When you carry your backpack with SuperStraps, the weight of your bag is distributed more evenly, with pressure points taken off of your back, neck and shoulders.
So with SuperStraps, you can wear your backpack comfortably and with great posture, all day long. :)

Will SuperStraps fit my backpack?
SuperStraps comes in one size and has a nearly universal fit. It is 2” wide (the most common backpack strap size) and fits most backpack straps that are 1 to 3” wide. It’s recommended for everyday backpacks, ideally hauling 7-21 pounds.

Can I return SuperStraps?
While all of our products are guaranteed for life, unfortunately, we don’t accept returns or refunds on Kickstarter pledges. SuperStraps is considered a reward, instead of a traditional purchase, and the pledge you make is what allows our business to create tooling, order supplies, continue designing and bringing SuperStraps to life! We are so, so grateful for your support, so we send the reward as a token of appreciation.

Which shipping carrier will you use?
In our past campaigns, we have shipped product to over 105 countries. We optimize our couriers and shipping routes after we have collected the information from your shipping survey. Unfortunately that means we don’t have specifics to share right now.

How do customs/ duties work?
Customs, VAT and other taxes are not included in our rewards, since they are different for each country and we are shipping worldwide. This means it is up to our international backers to pay these duties and taxes on delivery.

Canada has very specific import laws, so anything over $25 CAD will be subject to duties and taxes. All of our prices are in US dollars, so remember to convert to the correct currency when calculating.

Is there a warranty?
You bet — SuperStraps comes with a 10 year warranty! If we can’t fix or repair a manufacture defect, we will replace the product, no questions asked.

How much weight does SuperStraps support?
SuperStraps works best on loads from 7-21 pounds. It will still help relieve weight and pressure on heavier backpacks, and under 7 pounds it is more of a fashion statement — a super cool one!

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
