We finished shipping SuperStraps last week! That means you're just days away from receiving your reward if you haven't received it yet (you can grab your tracking # in BackerKit if you missed your shipping email: https://superstraps.backerkit.com/)—and our 35,000th crowdfunded product that has shipped on time!
Like a pair of really great shoes, SuperStraps takes some time to break in and conform to your body. In our testing, we found it to take 2-7 days. While you won't get weird blisters on your feet, this isn't the fun part. But it's worth it.

Our instructions hit a snag, but here's what you need to know:
On any given day—depending on how much weight is in your backpack, how tight your straps are, what clothes you're wearing, etc.—you'll love wearing SuperStraps higher up or lower down on your shoulders. Adjust until you find the sweet spot.

We’re sending out some test orders now to randomly selected backers in the far reaches of the world to make sure everything is a-okay with our packaging and shipping processes. While we wait for those to arrive and get feedback, the last batch of SuperStraps are heading to our warehouses, and then will be shipped out to you!
This is your very last chance to change your shipping address. Tomorrow (10/10) at 6pm EST we can no longer accept any address changes. If you haven’t moved, you’re all set. 1. Shipping will begin October 22nd and take 2-3 weeks. We are going to be pushing our shipping partners to pack orders as fast as humanly possible. With ~10,000 backers and nearly 20,000 rewards being sent, it’s going to be a marathon run at a sprint.
2. Some packages will have tracking numbers while others will not. We’ve optimized shipping routes and carriers to get them to you as quickly as possible, but unfortunately tracking information is not available for all shipping methods. You’ll get an email as soon as your package leaves the warehouse, and it will have any tracking info available.
3. We don’t know exactly when your order will ship or how long until it arrives. The shipping and logistics for this project are super complex, with each backer having a different combination of rewards, so when your order ships depends on a whole bunch of factors. We promise we are hustling to get your rewards to you as quickly as possible.

Great news: we are sprinting to the end of our SuperStraps production!!! We have our first 10,000 pairs done. The memory foam has proved more challenging than the EVA foam and we literally have 3 shifts working 24 hours a day at the production studio to get this to the finish line on time. HOLD US!

Shipping FAQs:
When will shipping start? We hope to begin shipping around October 15th and it will take a few weeks to get all of the packages out. We are aiming to have the last package out the door on October 31st.
Which courier will you use? We’ll be shipping to over 85 countries (a-mazing!!!) and using a variety of couriers, so we won’t be able to share the specific courier that will deliver your package to you. Trust that we are knee deep in spreadsheet tabs optimizing couriers and routes to get your reward to you as soon as possible.
Will my package have tracking info? About 70% of the rewards will ship with tracking, the other 30% will not.
When will I know that you’ve shipped my package? As soon as the courier picks up your package, you’ll get an email so you know it’s on the way! If your package has a tracking number, we’ll be sure to share it with you in that email.
What if I moved after filling out the SuperStraps survey? We’ve locked down addresses in BackerKit so you’ll have to email Angela ASAP at [email protected]. We can update addresses until October 7th only. After that you’d have to sort out getting your package from the new tenant who moved into your home or office after you’ve left.
